United States

Building in MENA, from an American time zone.

Feasibility, design and on-the-ground oversight for US-based investors, developers and families with a project in Syria, Türkiye or the Gulf.

The problem this page is about

Building at distance is a supervision problem long before it is a design problem. A US-based owner with a plot in Aleppo, a development in Istanbul or a commercial unit in Riyadh usually has no trouble finding a contractor. The trouble is knowing whether what is being built matches what was agreed, and whether the price being quoted is the market price.

That is the service: an architect on the ground who reports to you rather than to the builder. Feasibility before you commit, design and full documentation so there is a fixed thing to build against, and site supervision with progress reporting you can read from another continent.

Why we can claim it

The studio has delivered remotely into Europe for years — the Germany projects below were designed and documented from our studios and built by local contractors, which is structurally the same arrangement. We also run a client progress portal, so an owner abroad can see where their own project stands without waiting for a phone call.

Correspondence is in English, Arabic, Turkish or Russian.

Selected work behind this page

  • Signal Iduna — GermanyCorporate office fit-out for a European insurer, delivered remotely.
  • Reifen24 Bestellung — GermanyCommercial interior, same remote-delivery arrangement.
  • Infiber Factory — Aleppo, SyriaGround-up 4,500 m² industrial facility — the scale of ground-up work the oversight service is built for.

We have no built project in the United States, and this page does not offer one. What is on offer is MENA-side delivery for a client who is in the US.
