Where we actually are
Istanbul is one of the studio's two homes, and the market we have the deepest built record in. Unlike the pages on this site covering the Gulf, nothing here is delivered at arm's length: we are in the city, we walk the sites, and construction runs through our own in-house teams where the client wants us to carry it.
The work splits between corporate interiors — executive suites, offices, developer sales offices — and retail, particularly in Kuyumcukent and Laleli, where jewellery and gold retail carry security, lighting and display constraints that a general fit-out practice tends to learn expensively. Residential runs alongside both, from Bosphorus-side villas to apartment interiors.
Architecture, interiors and construction
The studio covers all four services in Türkiye: architecture, interior design, construction with in-house site teams, and consultancy — feasibility, space planning and developer presentations. A client can take the whole chain or any part of it.
