A design office, not a local branch
We do not keep an office in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. What we offer UAE clients is the design and documentation half of the job — concept, full drawings, specification, and the visual material a developer or a landlord actually approves against — delivered from Istanbul and handed to the contractor and consultant you already work with locally.
That arrangement is the one we have run in the Gulf and in Europe for years. It suits a client who has a builder they trust and wants the design to be better than the builder's in-house drafting, and it takes a layer of local mark-up out of the design fee.
What that covers
Private villa interiors, and the reception-and-family split that Gulf residential briefs turn on. Corporate offices, where the brief is usually headcount, acoustics and a boardroom that has to photograph well. Hospitality, where we have the most repeatable experience. And feasibility and space planning ahead of any of it, which is often the piece that moves the budget most.

We have no completed project in the UAE yet. The work listed here is the nearest Gulf experience we can point to honestly, and the Germany projects on our consultancy page are the evidence that the remote-delivery arrangement holds up at distance.
